Your product is good, your formulation is honest, and the brand beside you on the marketplace page is promising its customers a new life in thirty days. You cannot say what they say, and you do not want to. The question you keep coming back to is how a careful supplement brand gets noticed at all when the loudest claims seem to win the click.
We work with brands in supplements, sports nutrition, functional foods, fitness and everyday wellness, from a founder with one protein blend to an established nutrition company relaunching a range. Our answer to that question is the same each time: credibility is a design and writing problem as much as a science one, and it can be built without a single exaggerated sentence.
Why do careful wellness brands look invisible?
Because they often copy the visual language of the brands making the biggest promises, then remove the promises. What is left is a black tub with a neon flash and nothing in the flash. Shoppers notice the gap, even if they cannot say why.
A credible wellness brand needs its own visual language: one that signals care, quality and openness before anyone reads a word. That might be a calmer palette, generous white space on the back panel, a clear dose per serving on the front, or a photograph of the actual raw ingredient instead of a muscular torso. We decide which signals fit your buyer in the brand strategy stage, because a plant-protein shopper, a marathon runner and a parent buying children’s vitamins are reassured by very different things.
Supplement label design, built on approved claims
The label is where a supplement brand is most exposed. Everything printed on it can be read by a shopper, a competitor and a regulator, and the rules on what you may say about a nutrient change from one market to the next.
So we work in a fixed order. Your regulatory or compliance team gives us the approved claims, the nutrition or supplement facts panel, the warnings, the dosage directions and any market-specific statements. We then design the hierarchy around them: brand, product name, the one benefit you are allowed to lead with, format and serving count. Nothing goes onto artwork that has not come from your side, and every proof goes back to the person who signs off claims before it goes to print.
We do not write new health claims, interpret regulations, give medical or nutritional advice, or file product registrations or notifications in any market. What we do is make approved information legible, well ordered and good to look at, which is harder than it sounds on a 60 mm sachet. Our packaging design work covers the full artwork process, from structure to print files.
Ingredient storytelling without overclaiming
Most supplement shoppers have read the same words a hundred times: clinically dosed, bioavailable, pure, potent. The words have worn thin. What still works is specific, checkable detail.
- Origin. Where the turmeric is grown, which variety of ashwagandha root, how the whey is sourced, if your supplier can confirm it.
- Quantity. How much of each ingredient is in one serving, shown clearly rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend.
- Process. How it is made, tested or packed, described only as far as your team can document it.
- Reason. Why you chose this form or this amount, in words your customer could repeat to a friend.
Specific detail builds trust without needing a health claim at all. It also gives AI search tools something factual to repeat when someone asks which magnesium is worth buying, which is where our SEO and AI search work comes in.
Is your label doing the work, or hiding behind a neon flash?
Send us your packD2C, subscriptions and marketplace listings
Supplements are bought again and again, which makes the second order more valuable than the first. A strong wellness brand has to work in three places at once: its own website, the marketplaces where most people search, and the inbox where the reorder reminder lands.
On marketplaces, your tub appears as a small square among dozens of similar tubs. We design packs that stay recognisable at that size, then build the listing image set: front of pack, what is inside one serving, the ingredient origin, how to take it, and the size so nobody is surprised. On your own site, our website design and e-commerce teams make the product page answer the questions people actually ask, and make subscribing feel like a convenience rather than a trap. Our retention and lifecycle work then decides what someone hears from you between the first tub and the third.
Creators, coaches and honest disclosure
Wellness is sold through people: trainers, nutrition writers, athletes and customers who simply feel better. Creator content can do a great deal for a supplement brand, and it is also where claims most often drift. A creator who says your capsules “fixed” something has made a claim you never approved.
We write creator briefs that give people room to talk in their own voice while listing exactly what can and cannot be said, and we ask your compliance team to review the brief before it goes out. Paid partnerships are disclosed in line with platform rules. Our Studio also makes AI product photography and consistent AI talent for lifestyle content. AI people are always disclosed as AI, and we never use them to show physical results, body changes or before-and-after images.
Education content that earns the next visit
The wellness brands people trust tend to teach. A clear guide on how protein needs differ for a runner and a weightlifter, a short film on how a capsule is filled, a plain explanation of what a certificate of analysis is. Content like this brings people back, gives your customer service team something to share and answers the questions people now type into AI assistants.
We plan education content with your experts, write it in plain English, and route anything touching health through your qualified reviewers. Our content and editorial team keeps a library of approved explanations so every later campaign starts from accurate wording. Where you need reach, our media planning and buying runs on a flat fee, never a percentage of your spend.
How we work with supplement and wellness brands
Category walk
We study your shelf, your marketplace search results and the claims competitors make in every market you sell in.
Position and claims map
Your approved claims sit beside the brand story, so everyone knows what can be said where.
Identity and packs
Routes tested on a shelf, at thumbnail size and in hand, then built into a range system.
Content and launch
Listings, product pages, education content, creator briefs and a media plan, each reviewed by your team.
Many wellness brands sit close to beauty and skincare or food and beverage, and some sell to clinicians as well as consumers, which is closer to our pharma and medtech work. You can see every sector we cover on our industries page.
The first call is free. To make it useful, send us photographs of your current packs, links to your website and your best-selling marketplace listing, the claims your regulatory team has approved, and a line on what you want the brand to be known for in two years.
