These terms cover the website only. If you become a client, the work we do for you is governed by the contract we sign with you, not by this page.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse, read and share links to any page. When you use the site, please do not:
- use it in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or anything designed to disrupt the site;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site in bulk, including by automated means, without our written permission;
- send us enquiries that are false, misleading or intended to waste time, or that include someone else’s details without their permission.
We try to keep the site available and working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice.
Our content is ours
Unless we say otherwise, the text, design, images, films, graphics, logos and other material on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to them. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell or republish them, or use them to train or prompt other systems, without our written permission. Short quotations with a clear credit and a link back are fine.
Where work on the site was made for a client, that client’s names, marks and materials belong to them, and they are shown with permission or as allowed by our agreement with them.
Studio concepts and AI-generated people
Our Studio shows concept brands, concept films and AI-generated people. These are our own creations. The concept brands are not real companies, they are not clients and their products are not for sale. The people shown in AI-made work are not real people and are disclosed as AI.
Please do not reuse, adapt or present any of these concepts, names, characters, images or films as your own, or use them in any product, campaign or publication, without our written permission. If you would like something similar made for your own brand, talk to us.
