What we publish carries our name and yours. These standards cover everything on quiamo.com: service pages, Insights, case studies, Studio work and anything we write for clients to publish under their own name.
Who writes and reviews
Every article and guide has a named author with relevant experience. Technical and industry pieces are reviewed by someone who has done the work, and where we write with client experts, they approve the final text. We do not publish anonymous content or invent bylines.
How we use AI
We use AI tools for research support, drafting, image generation and film. We do not publish AI output without human editing and fact-checking. Images and films that show AI-generated people are labelled as AI. Our recurring AI character, Dhwaja, is identified as AI wherever she appears.
Labels you can trust
Every piece of work we show is labelled: Client, Concept, Self-initiated or Recreated study. Concepts such as Stone Orchard Pantry and Hibisco are brands we invented and are never presented as client work. Recreated studies are our own versions of themes we admire, made from scratch; we never show another company’s work as ours.
Facts, figures and sources
Statistics are linked to their original source, with the date. Where we give our own opinion, we say so. When research is ours, we explain how it was done and how many people or pages it covers. We do not publish client results without the client’s approval, and we never round a number up to make it sound better.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the correction at the end of the page with the date. Write to office@quiamo.com with any correction and we will respond within one working day.
Independence
We do not accept payment for recommendations in our editorial content. If we mention a tool, platform or supplier we have a commercial relationship with, we say so. Our own products, such as CardToDeal, are identified as ours.
