What to prepare
The profile takes about ten minutes if you have these ready. Only your name, country, disciplines, a short description of your work and the three consent boxes are required; everything else makes your profile stronger.
A one-line headline that says what you do and for whom, for example “Packaging design for food and drink brands”.
One video link: a showreel, a case-study film or a short introduction, on YouTube or Vimeo.
Up to 5 featured graphics or screenshots of your best projects, with a caption naming the client and your role.
Up to 5 logos of brands you have worked with, only where you have permission to show them.
Press: screenshots or links of magazines, articles or features about your work.
Links: your website, Behance, Dribbble, GitHub, LinkedIn, a media page or case studies.
Images can be JPG, PNG or WebP. Large images are resized in your browser before upload, so you do not need to prepare them.
A link back, if you like
It is never a condition of being featured, but if you would like to mention the collaboration on your own website, any wording that suits you is welcome, such as “Brand partner: Quiamo” or “Freelance collaborator: Quiamo”. You can add the address of that page to your profile.
Your personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Your email address is never shown on your profile.

Does it cost anything to be featured?
No. Being featured in the Quiamo Expert Network is free. When I introduce you to a client, the terms for that opportunity are set out in a short referral agreement shared with you before the introduction, and you decide whether to go ahead.
How long does the review take?
Usually a few working days. You receive an email as soon as your profile is live, with the link to it.
Who will contact me about work?
I will. Client enquiries come to me first, and I contact you when a brief fits your work, to check your availability before making an introduction.
How do I update or remove my profile?
Use “Already have a profile?” above. I email you a fresh private link, and from there you can change anything or delete your profile and every image with one click.
Can studios and small agencies join?
Yes. Choose “A studio or small agency” in your profile and show the studio’s work, logo and team in the same way.
