How we work

No hand-offs. No black box. No surprises.

From your first message to the final files, here is exactly what happens, who does it and when you will see progress.

  1. Day 1: you write to us

A few lines through the form or by email. A senior strategist reads it and replies within one working day with questions that show we understood.

  2. Week 1: a first view

A video call at a time that suits you. We share what we see, what we would do first and what we would not do at all. No credentials deck.

  3. Week 1 to 2: a one-page proposal

Scope, deliverables, timeline, team and a fixed fee, on one page you can forward to your CFO without translation.

  4. Kick-off: a shared board

Everything lives in one workspace: brief, decisions, work in progress, feedback and files. You see what we see.

  5. Every week: real work

A short written update and something you can react to. Feedback rounds are planned, not endless.

  6. Hand-over: everything, editable

Final files, guidelines, templates and source files in your name. Training for your team where it helps.

The principles

No hand-offs. No black box. No surprises.

The people you meet do the work. The strategist on your first call writes your strategy. The designer who presents the route draws it.

Decisions are written down. Every approval and change is recorded on the shared board, so nobody has to remember what was agreed on a call three weeks ago.

Remote means clearer, not slower. We work in your time zone for calls and in ours for deep work, so progress often continues while you sleep.

Feedback has a shape. We ask specific questions at each stage, which gets better answers than “any thoughts?”

You own everything. Files, accounts, code and content are yours from the moment you pay for them.

Process questions

The practical bits.

What happens in the first 90 days with a branding agency?

With us: the first month is listening, auditing and deciding; the second is building the core strategy and design; the third is launching work into the market and reviewing early results. You see progress every week.

Which tools do you use?

Video calls on Google Meet, Zoom or Teams (your choice), a shared project board, Figma for design and shared drives for files. We adapt to your security requirements.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share anything confidential.

How many rounds of feedback are included?

Each stage includes planned feedback rounds, written into the proposal. In practice, clear briefs and specific questions mean most work is approved within two rounds.
