Kairo Chronograph. Built to be opened slowly.
A launch film for a jet-black mechanical chronograph with brass and teal details, made to make a product page feel like an unboxing.
Kairo Chronograph · launch film, 10 seconds, sound on
Make the box the first ten seconds of ownership.
Most watch films start on the wrist. We started on the lid. Kairo is a mechanical chronograph we invented for this film: a jet-black case, brushed brass numerals and two teal pushers that catch the light like a signal. It winds itself as you move, so there is no battery to replace, and the dial carries a stopwatch, a moon phase and a small barometer scale.
The brief we set ourselves was short. Someone watching on a product page with the sound off should still feel the weight of the thing. So the camera stays close, the light stays hard, and every cut lands on a detail you would only notice once you owned it.
- A presentation box opens in a dark room lined with warm bulbs.
- Macro passes across the dial: lume on the hands, the moon phase, the date window.
- The case turns, and the crown and teal pushers slide into focus.
- Through the sapphire caseback, the rotor and gears get on with their work.
- She fastens the strap, looks up, and the film hands over to its end card.
Sound. A low clockwork tick that slowly becomes the beat. Each cut lands on a tick, so the edit feels like the watch is keeping time for it.
- Launch films for watches, jewellery, pens, audio and anything else people buy for the detail.
- Product page loops that explain features without a paragraph of copy: one feature, one shot.
- Six-second cut-downs for pre-roll and Stories, built from the same footage.
- Silent loops for retail screens and exhibition stands.
- A teaser drip before launch: the box one week, the dial the next, the wrist on launch day.

The rose gold cut
Same story, warmer metal, a different box. We made it to show how one film system can carry a range of variants without reinventing the idea each time, which matters when a collection launches in four finishes.

- The brand
- Kairo is a brand we invented for this film. It is not a client, and the watch is not for sale.
- What we deliver on a film like this
- The master film, cut-downs for every channel you use (16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and a six-second version), captions, licensed music and a clear note of usage rights.
