Your product is on Amazon, Flipkart or Noon, and it looks like one more thumbnail in a grid of near-identical ones. The title was written in a hurry, the images came from the factory, the ads are spending money without anyone able to say what they bought, and a competitor with a weaker product sits above you in search. The marketplace has become your busiest shop, and nobody is dressing the window.

Quiamo manages the brand side of marketplaces: the content shoppers read, the images they judge, the search and ads that put you in front of them, and the store that holds your range together. We work inside your seller or vendor accounts with the permissions you grant. The accounts stay in your company’s name, always.

What our marketplace work covers, and what it does not

We are clear about the line, because marketplaces mix brand work and operations in the same dashboard.

  • We do: listing copy, enhanced content design, image sets, brand store design, marketplace search, sponsored ads, review and question monitoring, and reporting on what the content and ads are doing.
  • You or your operations partner do: stock, warehousing, shipping, pricing decisions, order handling, reconciliation and relationships with distributors or trading partners.

Keeping those apart means each side knows who to call. If a listing is suppressed because stock ran out, we will flag it, but the fix sits with your team. If a listing is losing clicks because the main image is weak, that is ours.

Listing content that sells from the first line

Shoppers on a marketplace skim. They read the title, glance at the first bullet and decide whether to look further. We write titles that say what the product is, who it is for and the detail that separates it from the next result, within each marketplace’s rules. Bullets answer questions in the order shoppers ask them: will it fit, will it work for me, what is in the box, how long will it last, what if it goes wrong.

We start from what buyers type into the marketplace search bar and what they ask in the questions section and reviews, so the words on the page are their words. For brands selling in several countries, each language version is written or adapted by native-speaking specialists, not machine translated. Product facts, specifications and any regulated claims come from your team; we make them clear.

A+ and enhanced content, designed as brand

Enhanced content, called A+ on Amazon and by other names elsewhere, is the long scroll of images and text under the main listing. Done well, it does the job of a good product page: it explains, reassures and makes the range easy to compare. Done badly, it is a stack of banners with logos.

We design enhanced content from your brand identity, so it looks like you on every product: the same type, colour and photographic style, a comparison chart that helps people choose the right model, and modules that work on a phone first. Marketplaces often limit enhanced content to brands registered with them; your team holds that registration, and we prepare everything that goes into it.

Image sets made in our Studio

The main image wins or loses the click. The rest of the set wins or loses the purchase. We plan a full image set for each product: a clean main image to the marketplace’s rules, then detail, scale, in-use, in-the-box and comparison images. Our Studio produces them through photography and AI product photography, and every image shows the real product accurately, with nothing a shopper would feel misled by when the parcel arrives.

Because the same images feed your website, social media and retail partners, we shoot once and deliver formats for each. Where packaging needs to read better as a thumbnail, our packaging design team can help.

Marketplace search and sponsored ads, on a flat fee

Marketplace search rewards relevance and sales history. We work on both sides: making each listing as relevant as possible to the searches that matter, and using sponsored ads to win the visibility a new or growing product cannot yet earn on its own. We structure campaigns by product and intent, separate brand searches from category searches, protect your brand terms from competitors, and cut spending that does not lead to sales.

Like all our media planning and buying, ad management is charged as a flat fee agreed for the scope, never a percentage of what you spend. That removes any reason for us to recommend a bigger budget than the results justify. Ad spend is billed by the marketplace to your account.

Reviews, handled honestly

Reviews decide more marketplace purchases than any image or headline, which is exactly why some sellers cheat. We never buy reviews, offer anything in exchange for them, or ask friends and staff to write them. Apart from being against marketplace rules, it destroys the trust the review system exists to provide.

What we do instead: monitor reviews and questions, answer them helpfully and in the brand’s voice, pass recurring product complaints to your team, and use the marketplace’s own approved programmes for gathering reviews where they exist, under their rules. We also rewrite content when reviews show that buyers misunderstood something, which is often the fastest fix for a falling rating.

Brand stores and the bigger picture

A brand store is your own page inside the marketplace. We design it to show the range clearly, guide shoppers to the right product and carry the brand story, with pages for each line and seasonal updates where you need them. It is the place to send traffic from ads, social media and influencers.

Marketplaces work best as one part of a wider plan. Your website and D2C store do different jobs, SEO and AI search bring people to you before they open a marketplace app, and a clear brand strategy makes all of it say the same thing. If you are launching in a new country, our guide to entering India covers marketplaces and quick commerce as discovery channels.

The first call is free. Send us links to your current listings, the marketplaces and countries you sell in, your top products, what you spend on ads today, and the problem you most want solved. We will tell you where we would start.

Marketplace questions

Before you hand over the listings.

Whose name are the marketplace accounts in?

Yours. Seller and vendor accounts, brand registrations, ad accounts and all content stay in your company’s name. We work inside them with the user permissions you grant, and you can remove our access at any time. If we stop working together, everything we built remains in your accounts.

Do you manage inventory, shipping or pricing?

No. Stock, warehousing, logistics, order handling, pricing decisions and reconciliation stay with your team or your operations partner, as do relationships with distributors and trading partners. We handle the brand side: content, images, search, ads, reviews and the brand store. We flag operational issues we spot, such as a listing going inactive.

How do you charge for sponsored ads management?

We charge a flat fee agreed for the scope of work, never a percentage of ad spend. The marketplace bills ad spend directly to your account. This keeps our advice independent of your budget: we have no reason to push spending that does not pay back.

How do you get more reviews without breaking the rules?

By making the product easy to understand, answering questions promptly, following up complaints, and using the marketplace’s own approved review programmes where available. We never buy reviews, offer incentives or ask people connected to the brand to write them. Honest reviews are slower to gather and far more valuable.

Can you use AI product photography on marketplaces?

Yes, within each marketplace’s image rules. Our Studio uses photography and AI product photography, and every image must show the real product accurately: correct colour, size, contents and finish. Main images follow the marketplace’s background and framing rules; lifestyle and in-use images give shoppers context without exaggerating what arrives.
