Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Quiamo (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email, company, role, website, phone number (if given) and your message.
  • Analytics, only with consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised information about how the site is used. If you decline, no analytics load.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, for a limited period.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver work if you become a client, keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act apply, we rely on your consent (analytics), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and the performance of a contract when you become a client.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and contractual purposes.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run this website and our email and workspace tools, under confidentiality and data protection terms. Some may process data outside your country; where required, appropriate safeguards are in place.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your personal information, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to office@quiamo.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
