A clear way to work with an agency across borders
Branding, websites, packaging and launch communications from an India-based team, planned around your market and your brief.

Choosing a remote creative agency raises practical questions. Who understands the audience? Who approves the work? Which parts need local knowledge? At Quiamo, the starting point is your business and the decisions the project needs to support. We can discuss work for your existing market or marketing execution for an entry into India. These are different briefs, and we plan them accordingly.

Conceptual image, not client work.
Which situation is closest to yours?
You need creative and marketing support for your own market
You have a business and an audience in the UK, Europe or another market. You need help making the offer clearer, building campaign assets, developing a website or preparing a launch. The project should connect your local customer knowledge with a clearly defined production and approval process.
Explore the work we can supportYou are bringing an overseas brand into India
You need materials that help Indian buyers, partners or distributors understand your offer. That may involve a market-facing website, presentation, launch communications or adapted packaging design. The brief should identify the audience and the local expertise that must contribute.
Explore India market-entry marketingRemote projects with clear responsibilities.
A good remote project is specific about ownership. The agency can develop the work, but the client still needs a named decision-maker and access to the facts that shape the offer. Before production starts, identify who supplies product information, who checks local-market accuracy and who consolidates feedback.
Agree the operating details early
Discuss meeting overlap, feedback windows, source-file requirements and the tools used to share work. Project support and the working language are English. Confirm the language of the deliverables and who will review any localisation: local translators are available on request at an additional charge, or you can engage your own translators. A workable schedule includes client reviews and specialist inputs as well as creative production.
Start with the work you actually need.
Brand and message clarity
Explain what your business does, why it matters and how the offer should be expressed. This can be a focused messaging brief or part of a larger brand project. Existing research, sales questions and customer objections are useful inputs.
Websites and landing pages
Build a route from the visitor’s question to the next useful action. Plan service explanations, proof, content ownership and measurement before deciding how many pages are needed.
Website designProduct and campaign launches
Connect the launch story with the materials needed by buyers, sales teams and partners. Agree the release sequence and the decisions that must happen before publication.
Product launchPackaging and product presentation
Make the product and range easier to understand while planning for the production requirements supplied by your team. Local legal or labelling checks remain a named specialist input.
Packaging design
Conceptual image, not client work.
Market knowledge belongs inside the workflow.
A design can look polished and still miss the audience. The briefing process should capture how buyers describe their problem, what evidence they expect and what creates hesitation. If a project involves a market or language requiring specialist review, define that review before the content is approved.
Technical businesses may also need a subject specialist to check claims and terminology. See our approach to electronics and hardware and automotive, EV and mobility. Consumer and other business services remain part of the wider offer; the method should adapt to the brief.
How to evaluate whether we are a fit.
Review the work for the type of creative thinking and deliverables you need.
Read about Quiamo to understand the business behind the work.
Share your market, current materials and project constraints.
Ask which relevant evidence can be discussed for your particular requirement.
Agree scope, ownership and approval stages before authorising production.
A portfolio concept is useful for judging creative direction. It should not be mistaken for evidence of a live client result. If commercial outcomes are central to your selection, ask for documented examples appropriate to the brief.
Plan around the buyer, not a country label.
An international project does not automatically need a page for every country. Start with the audience and the reason they would buy. An English-language page can be suitable for some internationally operating businesses; other buyers need a fully localised journey, including useful contact support. The right choice depends on the market and the team’s delivery capability.
Our UK buyer page describes a proposed starting route for that market. Additional localised pages should be published only when the content and enquiry experience are ready. A translated headline alone does not make a useful local service.
Questions about working internationally.
Where is Quiamo based?
Quiamo is based in India. This page describes remote collaboration and international project needs; it does not imply offices or staff in each country mentioned.
Can you guarantee results in our country?
No agency can guarantee a commercial outcome from a creative project alone. Define useful measures for the work and the factors that affect them, including the offer, audience, distribution and follow-up.
Do you provide every language in-house?
No. Project support and the working language are English. Where a project needs other languages, local translators are available on request at an additional charge, or your organisation can engage its own translators. Tell us the languages required and whether your organisation has local reviewers. Do not assume translation, native review or local customer support is included unless it is confirmed in scope.
Can you work with our internal marketing team?
Describe the responsibilities you want to retain and the delivery gaps you want to fill. A shared brief can then define who owns strategy, source content, production, approvals and publishing.
How are commercial terms handled?
Confirm scope, currency, payment arrangements, usage rights and handover requirements in the proposal. This page does not promise a standard price or contract for every geography.
Share the market and the challenge
