A forty-page RFP, a two-page brief or three lines typed between meetings: all of them work. Send whatever you have. A senior person reads it, and if something is missing we ask rather than guess. You do not need a finished brief to start a useful conversation, and you do not need to know which of our services you need.
What to send
Any one of these is enough to begin:
A brief. Your own format is fine. We would rather read how you describe the problem than see it squeezed into ours.
An RFP. Include the questionnaire, the timetable and any templates you need us to use. We answer in your format and in your order.
Three lines about the problem. What is not working, what you want to change and roughly when.
If you can, these details help us reply with better questions:
The goal. What should be different when the work is done.
The audience. Who has to notice, believe or buy.
Markets and languages. Where the work will run.
Timing. Launch dates, trade shows, board meetings or any fixed deadline.
Budget range, if known. A range lets us propose the right scope rather than the largest one.
Decision makers. Who signs off, and who else will read the proposal.
Running a formal selection? Attach our credentials to your shortlist pack.
With specific questions, or a clear yes or no. If we are not the right agency for the job, we say so.
A call
On video, at a time that suits you. We share a first view of what we would do and what we would leave out.
A written proposal
Scope, team, timeline and a flat fee. Never a percentage of your media. See how we charge.
Confidential information
We sign NDAs before detailed briefings, on your template or ours. If your brief or RFP contains anything you would not want shared, send the NDA first and we will return it signed before you send the rest. Procurement and legal teams will find the details they usually check on working with us.
Your project
Tell us what needs to change.
A few lines are enough to start. Tell us what your business does, who you need to reach and where the current approach is falling short. You can include a website or an example. You do not need a presentation or a finished agency brief.
Only three things are required: your name, an email address and a short description of the project. Everything else is optional.
The goal, the audience, the markets, the timing and, if you know it, a budget range. It also helps to say who will make the decision. None of this has to be polished. A short, honest brief is more useful than a long one written to impress, and we will ask about anything we need.
Do you respond to formal RFPs?
Yes. Send the full pack, including any questionnaire, timetable and templates. We answer every question in your format and order, and tell you early if anything in the process or the contract needs discussing, so there are no surprises close to the deadline.
Is the first call free?
The first call is free. If the selection process asks for speculative creative work, we will talk with you about it openly before agreeing to anything, because the best answer depends on what you need to see to decide.
Do I need a budget ready?
No. If you have a budget range, you can mention it. If not, describe the job and the decisions you need help making. Scope and commercial terms can be discussed after the initial context is clear.
Can I contact you from outside India?
Yes. Include your country or time zone if useful. The project discussion should establish the working hours, language, responsibilities and delivery arrangements before work begins.
Project support and the working language are English. If you need another language, local translators are available on request at an additional charge, or you can engage your own translators.
Can we share confidential material later?
Start with a non-confidential summary. If sensitive information is needed, discuss the appropriate arrangements before sending it. The first enquiry does not need private customer data or confidential product specifications.

Let's make you impossible to ignore.
Send three lines about where you are and where you want to be. A senior strategist replies within one working day with a first view, not a sales script.
